The Orlando Firefighters Hockey Team is Presenting: Our Sixth Annual Public Safety Tournament.
Dates: January 11-14, 2010
The cost of the tournament is $ 900.00 ($1200.00 if the team does not stay at the host hotel) (US Currency). A down payment of $500.00 is required with the submission of this form. The balance of the entry fee is due no later than November 1st. 2008.
